- Attend live or access recordings of six months of individual workouts that explore the basic components of functional movement
- Receive personalized instruction from Sarah and Laurel in our live classes with modifications as needed to match your level
- Learn how to use tools like 1RM, RPE and RIR and apply them to your lifts to ensure you are working at the correct difficulty level
- Review bone anatomy and physiology to better understand the role of heavy lifting and impact training on your bone mineral density and muscle mass
- Become proficient at using barbells
